OIL - Organic, extra-virgin premium Italian olive oil sourced from a family orchard in Italy by Toronto's De Simone olive atelier. Cold crushed within 12 hours of harvest. The result is some of the finest oil to be produced in Italy.

VINEGAR - Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is certified organic, made in small batches in the traditional method of direct fire, and wine vinegar; the result is aged in oak barrels. This vinegar has an intense aroma and a perfect balance of sweet and sour flavours.

SPICES - Tin of premium Italian mixed herbs from The Spice Trader. A traditional, organic mixture of dried herbs from Italy. Can be used with poultry, in casseroles and salad dressings or sprinkled on roast vegetables.

SALT - Canadian smoked Sea Salt with garlic and herbs by Kanel Spices.

MUSTARD - Classic Dijon mustard by Kozlik's Canadian Mustard. Creamy texture, grainy, with a touch of heat to the nose, and a smooth finish. *Currently replaced with Joe Beef BBQ Rub.

HOT SAUCE - Hot sauce by Damien's Handmade Sauces. Traditional Caribbean hot sauce - bright and zesty. Made in Toronto by hand. *Currently replaced with Joe Beef Hot Sauce.

SOAP - Extra-virgin olive oil soap bar from Sitti Soaps. Gentle, unscented and moisturizing.

JAM - Seasonal artisan jam by Niagara's Provisions Food Co. Flavours vary with each season.

CHOCOLATE - Artisan chocolate bar by local chocolatier Laura Slack. Flavour may vary depending on availability.
