HONEY - An all-natural, unpasteurized honey from summer flowers. This honey finds its richness in the simultaneous blossom of goldenrod and buckwheat flowers. Has a bit of a molasses texture and a bold, caramelized flavour. Not your average honey. From Miels D'Anicet in Quebec.

JAM - Artisan jam made in copper pots in the French confiture-style by Kitten and the Bear. The most incredible jam flavours you will ever try. Flavours are seasonal.

SYRUP - Organic maple syrup in the most handsome little bottles, from Cosman and Webb Townships Organic in Quebec. Sustainably harvested from a family sugarbush. 

CHOCOLATE - Luxe chocolate bar made in Toronto by artisan chocolatier Laura Slack. Comes wrapped in Japanese chiyogami paper.
